GENERAL TERMS

  • All rights and obligations are precisely regulated by the lease to be signed during the rental.
  • Rented cars can only be managed by persons who are registered as drivers in the Rental Agreement. The second driver will not be charged extra.
  • The person who rents the vehicle must possess identification documents and driver's license for at least two years.
  • A person under the age of 22 can not rent a car.
  • The shortest length of rent period is 24 hours, starting at the hour of the rental.
  • Additional time (delay in returning the vehicle) will be charged at 20% of daily rent, (unless approved in consultation with the agency).
  • Use of the vehicle outside the borders of Montenegro is not allowed without prior approval.
  • The client is bound to at least 24 hours before the end of the lease notice of extension.
  • During the lease term, the agency is not responsible for the violation of the provisions of the safety of road traffic by users.
  • Unlimited mileage


PAYMENT AND COSTS

  • Rent is paid in advance by cash or credit card.
  • All prices include VAT (value added tax).
  • Fuel is not included in the price, the customer is required to return the starting fuel state.
  • The cost of repairing a car tire, traffic fines, parking, loss of equipment, tools, documents and costs spider - paid by the customer.


CAR DELIVERY

  • Delivery vehicles in the municipality of Herceg-Novi is free.
  • Delivery outside of the municipality of Herceg Novi is charged at a price of 0.30 EUR. per km.
  • Delivery:
    Airport Tivat - 15 Eur.
    Airport Podgorica - 35 Eur.
    Kotor - 10 Eur.
    Budva 20 Eur.
    Bar - 35 Eur.
    Ulcinj - 40 Eur.


ACCESSORIES AND SERVICES

  • Map of Montenegro - free of charge
  • Winter equipment - free of charge
  • Mobile phone with Montenegrin SIM card - free of charge
  • Baby seat - 4 Eur. per day, no more than 20 Eur.
  • Navigation system (GPS), with maps of Montenegro, East and West Europe, as well as the whole of the former Yugoslavia - at a cost of 10% of total rents a car, do not cost more than 20 Euro.
  • Rental Services with driver is increased to € 30.00 a day to rent in Montenegro, or € 45.00 for hire outside Montenegro.
  • All vehicles have air conditioning, radio and CD player.
